Since its inception in 2003, the FREDDY© Awards program has had a tremendous impact on our community in so many ways. The program not only gives significant exposure to the talent and hard work of hundreds of Lehigh Valley area students from 30 schools, but it also helps them to develop important life skills, as well providing opportunities for college scholarships, internships, and other community awards. In total, almost 10,000 students have participated in the program, and over $300,000 in college scholarships have been awarded! The positive feedback we get regarding all aspects of the program is overwhelming.

While the excitement builds as we prepare for another great year of the FREDDY© Awards, we must also face the enormous, and rising, costs of producing the program. We are reaching out to our members and other supporters to help us make ends meet for this program. We ask that you consider a tax deductible contribution of any size to the State Theatre FREDDY© Awards, and hope that you will take great satisfaction in knowing that you are helping to sustain the viability of this wonderful program. Contributions of $100 or more will be recognized as a “Community Supporter” in our program book.
